BannersBack to top
Banners are a cool way of making a blind completely distinctive and can be supplied as either roller blinds or roman blinds. Two narrow strips of the same fabric in a co-ordinating or contrasting colour are sewn down the sides of the blind. The outer panels make up two equal quarters of the blind with the larger central panel accounting for the other half. Banners are available in any of the Plain But Not Simple fabrics.

S6 Aluminium Bar - a contemporary bottom bar in 4 colourways. Select from Silver, Black, White and Brown
Bottom FabricBack to top
When measuring for your Half and Half roller blind, we need to establish the measurement for the opaque section of your blind. This is easy to do - simply give us the measurement from the bottom of the blind to where you would like your sheer panel to start in centimetres.
Bottom upBack to top
Wouldn't it sometimes be a great idea if the roller blind was to go from the bottom upwards instead of from the top downwards? We think so too; that is why we designed the Bottom Up Blind. The bottom up blind gives your room privacy but still allows the light to enter. The blind can be pulled part way or all the way to the top of the widnow for full privacy.
How it Works
A cassette headbox, (55mm/2.25in square), painted white, fixes onto the window sill or can be fixed to the wall outside the recess. Brushes in the headbox prevent dust entering. The cords operating the blind tie off to a cleat. Universal wall or ceiling diverters are supplied and the blinds are simple to fit. The window can be obscured all the way up or stopped at any position in between. S1 finish (sewn pocket) or S6 (rounded aluminium bar) only and with blinds in excess of 170cm wide we recommend the S6 rounded aluminium bar.
Bottom Up Headrail ColourBack to top
Known in the industry as the headrail but in reality this is the bottom cassette in which the roller sits when the blind is not raised. This cassette is available in a painted white or black - the choice is yours.
Chains ColourBack to top
Chrome chain is standard on Eclectics blinds but a choice of Brass, White and Black chain are also available at no additional cost.

Electric OperationBack to top
For the ultimate in luxury finishes what can be more opulent than an electrically operated blind? As well as a luxury item this system is extremely practical for operating blinds fitted in inaccessible places. So both practical and luxurious, what other reasons do you need? For roller blinds we offer three systems: The first option is a wire free option. This system is powered by a lithium battery pack, which runs the 12v DC motor. This means you can fit your electric blinds without the need of a specialist electrician or the mess associated with running new wiring. The second option is a 24v DC low voltage system which comes with a 2.5DC transformer; the motor comes with an integrated radio receiver. This motor is quiet but strong and is suitable for use on blinds up to 8m2. The system also comes with a single channel remote control. The third option is a 240v mains system which wires directly into a wiring loop, fused spur or it can be plugged straight in if fitted with a 3 pin plug. The real benefit of this system is that there are no transformers and the motor is very quiet. The system also comes with a single channel remote control. All the above come with a single channel radio remote control as standard. We also have 5 or 16 channel remote controls available to operate multiple blinds for individual or simultaneous control. We offer low voltage systems for Vertical, Roman and Panel blind systems.

The Elite Pelmet profile is made from a minimum of 70% virgin recycled Polystyrene which ensures the profile has a clean and consistent finish. The outside recess pelmet will have 110mm returns on each side. Our normal head rail is chain operated so no pull is needed unless you would particularly like to add it to your blind for decoration. If you select a spring roller however, a wooden acorn is supplied as standard at no extra cost. Should you wish to select an alternative pull there are a range of chargeable options available.
Roll OptionBack to top
As standard roller blinds are produced with the fabric coming off the back of the barrel. If you wish to have the blind manufactured with the fabric coming off the front of the barrel, then please request Reverse Roll.
Roller blindsBack to top
Roller blinds are simple, yet functional, and can give your window an individual look. Our Eclectics range has been designed to bring you fun ideas, cool designers, new finishes, new detail, excitement, innovation and clever twists.
Our reliable roller blind system has a standard silver chain and the white wall or ceiling fix brackets have smart white end covers.
Chain-operated systems provide ease of operation and reliability but we can, if required, supply spring-operated systems. Spring rollers are not however recommended for blinds in heavy fabrics, notably canvas or hessian. A roller blind chain can be fitted either side of your blind - you just need to specify which side when building your blind. Although a silver chain is standard with roller blinds we can offer brass, white plastic or black plastic at no extra charge. We can also supply Velux roller blinds for the majority of fabrics.

A chain operation is also available: its geared system makes raising the blind easier, ideal for larger and heavier fabrics (surcharge – see price list). Roman blinds can be unlined, lined with a traditional lining material or blackout lining. All our lined Roman blinds have hand sewn top and bottoms and are tack stitched along the fold to ensure that no stitching is visible from the front of the blind. This creates a truly hand sewn look

Senses Fascia SystemBack to top
The "Senses Fascia System" is a new development which adds style and control to your blind. The system is available with a chain operation or a spring operation. The spring system incorporates a slow rise function with a white aluminium or silver aluminium fascia as standard or, for extra co-ordination, we can fabric wrap the fascia so it will match perfectly to your roller blind. The system has an adjustable speed function (you can set the blind to raise slowly or faster) as well as stop variants to give you perfect control (you can set the blind to stop at the exact same point every time). The spring system is also ideal for children’s rooms since it is completely cord and chain free. Young children can be in danger of strangulation from the loops of a pull chain and bead cord, because our system is cord and chain free it tackles this problem head on. There is a choice of six end cap colours available.
Sliding panelBack to top
Our stunning sliding panel window treatment could also double as a room divider. The width of each panel is roughly 65cm (2ft 2in) but will depend upon the exact width of the window or room (exact size will be confirmed to you once your order has been received). The panels slide back behind each other when opening and each panel picks up the next when closing. The system can stack to the left or the right or split as a pair. In ecah case the rear panel is pulled by either a draw rod, cord or electric motor. The top channel is in white or silver aluminium. The top of the fabric has Velcro sewn along it and presses onto special Velcro carriers in the channel. There is a metal weight in the bottom pocket so the panels are very easy to remove when required. Ideally they should be fixed to the ceiling but we can supply wall fix brackets at an additional cost.
